Further to Cassina's exploration of the furniture of Chandigarh, the 'Kangaroo' chair is added to the brand's 'Hommage à Pierre Jeanneret' collection — a series of items born from research into Le Corbusier's expansive capitol complex project. Balancing modern European ideals and a traditional Indian spirit, the low chair is characterised by a 'Z' shaped profile, the sum of three almost triangular coplanar elements that are linked together.
